Spring is almost here. The days are starting to get longer, the temperatures are getting warmer, and this can only mean one thing – the start of another Car Show Season. We here at Magnuson Products are excited for this year’s show season as we have lots of new products and platforms to debut and we just love finding an excuse to hang around cars and car-people for hours on end. Over the next month and a half we will be all over the country attending multiple shows and national car meets. Check out our schedule after the jump to find out if we will be in your neck of the woods. And if you happen to know of a big car show or meet that you think we should be attending we would love to hear about it so leave us a comment letting us know what, when, and where it is!
First up is the 6th Annual Spring Festival of LXs. This yearly meet started as a gathering of fans of the LX platform (Charger/300/Magnum) but has quickly turned into a congregation of fans of all Modern MOPAR vehicles. This meet-up takes place in Irvine, CA on Saturday, March 26th, 2011 starting at 9am and takes place on the runways of the former Marine Corps Air Station El Toro. With over 800 vehicles registered to show up from as far away as the East Coast and Canada this meet promises to be very exciting. Next up we have the B&M/Hurst CharityCar Show presented by Galpin Auto Sports being held in West Hills, CA. If you are a muscle car fan and in the Los Angeles area on April 10th this show is not to be missed. Not only does this show benefit a great charity (The SEMA Scholarship Fund), it also has some of the most beautiful classics, muscle cars, hot rods, and modern muscle cars around. Click on the flyer above for more information on this show.
We then head out to Arizona for the 2nd Annual Camaro5 Fest. This national celebration of all things 5th-Generation Camaro is being held at Firebird International Raceway in Chandler, Arizona from April 14th-17th 2011. It will include everything from Drag Racing to a judged Car Show with awards in various categories. If you are a fan of the new Camaro this is a definite must-see event as there promises to be everything from lightly-tuned daily-drivers to all-out drag and road racing cars and everything else in between. Finally, we wrap up our Spring Car Show Expedition with the 2nd Annual Challenger Fest taking place April 29th-May1st, 2011 in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Much like the Camaro5 Fest, this HEMI-packed event will have Drag Racing, Auto-Xing, and a Car Show with plenty of socializing mixed in. This even is drawing the Challenger-faithful from all over the US and Canada to all share in their MOPAR fueled love for Dodge’s Retro Rocket.
