We have just recently finished R&D on our new Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon 5.3L V8 Supercharger kit. Utilizing the MagnaCharger TVS1900 Supercharger, this system produces 6psi of boost and took the 5.3L V8 from 245 hp at the rear wheels up to 374 rwhp. Now we are looking for another truck to be used for install verification of the full production kit and creation of the installation manual. If you have a V8 Colorado or Canyon and are interested in a supercharger please let us know. Not only will you get the system at a nice discount, but you will have it installed by the manufacturer and dyno tested with before and after dyno pulls. Your vehicle will be needed for approximately 1-2 weeks. If you are in the Southern California area and are interested in adding a supercharger to your V8 Colorado/Canyon send me an email at jbarrett@magnacharger.com.
I have an 09′ colorado. I’m in NJ but depending on the Price of the charger, i would be willing to make the trip out there. Also, this would get a lot of the east coast guys to check it out and order one when they come out. I go to the shows and meets all over the east coast.
This would be my dream to add to the rest of my truck with the mods i have and the passion for superchargers i have! along with the cam i want to get a supercharger would be GREAT!!!! But to bad im in VA and CA is a long trip lol.
Mods are 2009 v8 gmc canyon, headers, intake, full exhaust, 4.10 gears, trifecta tuned and throttle body, electric fan
Hello. I have a 2010 V8 Colorado. I am out here in San Diego, California. I am kind of interested. I am assuming that the system is CARB approved? What would the discount price be? E-mail with more info.

Hello,
I am desperately searching for someone who will make/sell a supercharger (preferably…which I have seen only two made but not in production), or a turbo charger for my 2004 GMC Canyon 3.5L inline 5 cylinder engine. I saw a turbo charger for my truck on a websute that was being made but trick performance trucks, but can’t seem to find out how to contact them to order one up. Do you have any suggestions for a speed shop close to the State of Oregon who will custom install a super or a turbo charger if I buy a universal kit? Or do you know of, or will you, anyone who can or will make me one? I am ready to purchase now…Please help!
Desperately seeking power,
-Bobby
Still looking for a Chevy Colorado to Supercharge? I have a 2010 Colorado V8 4×4 z71 crewcab thats dieing to be supercharged. One problem: I live in ST. Louis MO. I’d be willing to rent a vehicle the entire time needed for this project. If not needed, please email me with information about purchasing supercharger kit for 2010 chevy colorado V8. Thanks for your time. Randy
Does the supercharger that you developed work on the 09 and 10 Canyon/Colorado. The 10, which I have changed to aluminum block and added variable valve timing. I hope it works on both, because I am serious about adding a supercharger. Thanks, John Miller
Hi John. We have already put this kit on both the 2009 and 2010 Colorado and it works great. We saw an easy 120 rwhp gain with just 6psi of boost on the safe and conservative tune that we provide. We are currently shooting the instruction manual but the kit is available and has already shipped to a few lucky owners.
I’ve been looking for a charger for my 2010 GMC Canyon 5.3 4X4 with 3.42 gears. Would like info ! Please get back to me.
Hi,
Is this true, looks as though Canyon is gonna the next best pick-up vehicle on market..
I was curious as to whether you had ever finished this kit, I’m looking at purchasing a new colorado, but I want to hold off until I know that I can supercharge it, otherwise I will just get a silverado. Thanks.
Good Morning TK. We actually have finished this system and it is available for the 2009-2011 Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon 5.3 V8 Trucks. If you have any questions about the system please give me a call at 866-535-3251 x255.
Thanks,
Jon Barrett
Jon, I recently purchased a 2012 GMC Canyon 5.3L V8 CC and would like to know if the current TVS 1900 is compatable. If not will you be doing r & D in the near future?

Hello there! I know this is kinda off topic however I’d figured I’d ask.
Would you be interested in trading links or maybe guest authoring a blog article
or vice-versa? My site covers a lot of the same topics as yours
and I believe we could greatly benefit from each other. If you’re interested feel free to shoot me an email. I look forward to hearing from you! Great blog by the way!
